The enquiry form may collect your name, telephone number, email address, property address or postcode, selling timeframe, preferred contact method and any information you choose to include in your message.

How the information is used

The information is used to respond to your enquiry, discuss your property and understand which selling options may be relevant. It is not used to add you to a general marketing list without your permission.

Who receives the information

Form submissions are sent to greig@propertylinkscotland.co.uk. The website uses FormSubmit to transmit enquiry form submissions by email.

How long information is kept

Enquiry information is kept only for as long as reasonably necessary to deal with the enquiry and any resulting business relationship, subject to any legal or record-keeping requirements that apply.

Your choices

You can ask what personal information is held about you, request corrections, or ask for information to be deleted where applicable by emailing greig@propertylinkscotland.co.uk.
